Mango Mandala Neti 250ml
Jala Neti: The traditional nasal douche with the Neti pot
This practice, called Jala Neti, comes to us from the ancient yogis of India. It consists of introducing warm, salty water through one nostril and letting it come out through the other.
Salt water eliminates impurities and microbes that settle in the mucus. It therefore accelerates the healing of tonsillitis, conjunctivitis, colds, sinusitis, sore throats and all disorders related to the ENT sphere. Performed daily, this practice ensures optimal breathing and better irrigation of the entire brain, while stimulating the reflex points that are present in the nasal passages.
People who are regularly exposed to a dusty environment thus support the regeneration of their organism in an ideal way.

Nasal douche with the Neti pot
For nasal irrigation with the Neti pot, dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in 250 ml of warm, boiled salt water. Tilt your head to one side, stand over a sink and pour the saline solution into one nostril and let it flow out of the other. Then switch sides. We recommend using a natural, non-iodized fine sea salt or rock salt. Alternatively, nasal irrigation salt sachets available from pharmacies are also suitable.
