use and maintenance

To store: Roll Manduka PRO Lite mats with the top side (fabric finish) facing out. This helps keep the corners of the mat flat when practicing.

Break in time: The surface texture of Manduka PRO mats improves with use. The best way to open your mat is to practice, practice, practice, but if you want to speed things up a bit, try the salt method (this method is well described on the mat packaging) .

To clean: Always clean your PRO mat with All Purpose Carpet Cleaner. Spray it on the surface and wipe it with a towel.
