Use and maintenance
To store: Roll Manduka PRO Lite mats with the top side (fabric finish) facing out. This keeps the corners of the mat flat when practicing.

Time to “break in”: The surface texture of Manduka PRO mats improves with use. The best way to open your mat is to practice, practice, practice, but if you want to speed things up a bit, try the salt method (this method is well described on the packaging of the mat) .

To clean: Always clean your PRO carpet with the all-purpose carpet cleaner. Spray it on the surface and wipe it off with a towel.
