The traditional round shape and slightly elevated seated position are particularly suitable for kneeling asanas, Diamond Pose (Vajrasana) and for seated cross-legged meditation (Sukhasana).
The cover is removable.
You can adjust the height of the cushion yourself by removing or adding padding.
