OVAL CLASSIC Dobby pink yoga bolster

Thanks to its rounded 'corners', this yoga bolster combines the best features of a rectangular yoga bolster and a round yoga bolster. It combines the stability of a rectangular bolster with the softness of a yoga 'roller'. This shape also creates a more spacious lying surface than other bolsters. With its greater width and length, taller people or those with long upper bodies find it particularly comfortable for doing backbends and other restorative relaxation postures.

Our yoga bolsters are the ideal companions for positions that open the heart and promote relaxation. This versatile tool is particularly used in yin yoga, restorative yoga and prenatal yoga. It can also serve as a comfortable cushion for meditation and pranayama exercises.

Each yoga bolster is made in a sewing workshop in southern Germany. The high-quality removable cover is made of a durable cotton blend and carries the OekoTex certificate (No. 2106112 Centexbel).
The inner cotton cover is filled with organic spelled husks. Thanks to the zipper, the padding can be adjusted as needed to individually adjust the height and firmness of the bolster.
